Real World Example
Imagine trying to find the perfect pair of shoes that fits comfortably and matches your daily needs. Just like how only the shoes that fit well and support your activities become your go-to choice, in nature, only the individuals that are best suited to their environment tend to survive and thrive. Just as a shoe that fits poorly or fails to support your lifestyle is less likely to be worn, organisms that are not well-adapted to their environment are less likely to survive and pass on their genes, similar to how natural selection favors those who are 'best suited' to their surroundings.
